Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, such as your name, email address, store name, phone number and currency. We also collect the product, order and customer information you add to your store, plus basic technical data like device type and pages visited.
How we use your information
We use your information to run your store, process and deliver orders, provide support, keep the platform secure, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer lists for our own marketing.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Sellkit, such as hosting, database, storage and payment providers, and only to the extent required to deliver the service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Your customers' data
Order details belong to the merchant who owns the store. Merchants are responsible for how they handle their customers' information and for complying with the privacy rules of their own country.
Data retention
We keep your account and store data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls so that only you and authorised systems can reach your store's records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date below, and for meaningful changes we will let you know inside the app.
