Terms of Service
The rules for using Sellkit and running your store on it.
Agreement
By creating a Sellkit account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using Sellkit for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your login details private, and be at least the age of majority in your country. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Your store and products
You own the products, content and images you upload, and you keep full control of them. You are responsible for making sure what you sell is legal, accurately described, and yours to sell. We may suspend stores selling illegal, fraudulent or harmful items.
Orders and payments
Sellkit provides the storefront, cart, checkout and order tools. Contracts of sale are between you and your customer. You are responsible for fulfilment, delivery, refunds, taxes and any local requirements that apply to your business.
Early access pricing
Sellkit is currently free for the first 1,000 early users. Free access for those accounts continues while the early access programme runs. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you before anything changes for you.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the platform: no spam, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no scraping other merchants' data, and no reselling access to Sellkit as your own service.
Availability
We work hard to keep Sellkit online, but the service is provided as is. We may perform maintenance, change features, or introduce limits to protect the platform.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. You can export your data before leaving.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sellkit is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
